Madison

The Madison Mankind Project’s community of men is strong and growing. We offer weeknight support groups, as well as a daytime group, each meeting twice per month. Our groups, mostly ranging in size from seven to twelve men per group, offer men community, support, feedback, and for those who wish, a safe and judgement-free container for doing powerful inner work with skilled facilitation. Participants find a safe space where they can be honest and real about their lives. Men can step fully into their integrity, find some solid ground, share in leadership, and make lasting friendships.

I Groups meet at our spacious and comfortable lodge in Monona. During Covid-19 social distancing, our I Groups meet remotely by Zoom. The Madison I Group community currently numbers 70 men, spread across 8 ongoing groups. While most men participating in I Groups have completed the New Warrior Training Adventure, several Madison area I Groups are open to men who have have not done this weekend training adventure for men.

Our network of twice monthly I Groups occasionally organizes community service events or Madison Mankind Network community-building events, offered to men across all our I Groups. Additionally, members of the Madison MKP community periodically offer half-day or one-day skill building trainings in deep listening, group leadership, process facilitation, masculine archetypes, and other topics.

If participation in a twice monthly men’s group is of interest to you, we invite you to arrange to visit one of the Madison Mankind Network’s I Groups.
